I ordered the wrong size boots from georgiaboot.com and thought the exchange was going to turn into a whole thing. I was already expecting to have to ask for help and maybe even an apology if it got messy.

But the return steps were easy to follow, and they kept me updated without me having to chase anyone down. The new pair showed up quickly and fit way better.

Nothing over the top, but it worked the way it should, which I really appreciated. I’m still glad they made it so smooth, so it’s 5 stars from me.

"Okay service, just a bit slow"
Customer service was alright overall, but it wasn’t exactly quick lol. I had to wait a bit to hear back, which was a little frustrating since I just wanted a clear answer.

The first response didn’t really answer my question, so I had to follow up again. To be fair, they did get back to me later and were polite about it.
I’m giving 3 stars because it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest. A faster response and clearer answers would’ve made a big difference

I ordered a pair of boots and somehow they arrived in just a few days, which is apparently still possible in this world. Tracking worked the whole time too, so I didn’t have to play the usual guessing game of where my package disappeared to. happy with how fast everything showed up

I picked up a pair from Georgia Boot a few months back they’ve been great. The leather feels tough, the stitching is still holding up, and they, actually, I should say they broke in quicker than I expected. I wear them most work days and haven’t had any issues so far. I’d definitely buy them again

I ordered my regular size from georgiaboot.com and they fit exactly how I wanted. No tight spots, no slipping, and no extra room anywhere. I wasn’t sure about buying boots online, but the size chart was actually really helpful and easy to use. Glad I went with it

"Figured it’d hold up better"
At first I assumed the waterproofing was doing its job because everything stayed dry for a while. But after some use, it started leaking a bit, so I’d say it’s just okay...

I’ve been wearing these boots for a bit and they seem sturdy enough, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. That said, for what they cost, I kind of expected them to feel more comfortable right away. Maybe I’m being too picky or just expected too much, but they didn’t really wow me out of the box. They’re decent boots, just not sure I’d call them a great value

"They fit well right out of the box..."
They fit well right out of the box, but they were sorta more comfortable after I wore them for a day. Once they broke in a bit, they felt really nice.

"They were alright for a while"
These boots held up okay for everyday stuff, but the soles started wearing down quicker than I expected. Not terrible or anything, just one of those things where I wish they lasted a bit longer.
